“How to Combat Dry or Dehydrated Skin: Weight Loss Made Simple:”

First of all, when our skin starts to look dehydrated and feel dry. Our first instinct is to slather on heavy face moisturizers. The tightness and dullness on our skin may go away for a few days. We find ourselves back at square one with skin care products trying to solve the dry problem. Since a recent spa visit, I learned that the issue isn’t just what we’re putting on our skin. The issue is also how we actually see our skin.
It may be hard to believe but dehydrated skin is actually far more common than dry skin. There is a pretty big difference between the two skin types. To get the best results it’s important to figure out the difference.
  • Dehydrated Skin Lacks Water:

In addition, it is important to figure out which lifestyle choices or external factors may be causing your dehydrated skin. Before targeting the problem with skin care products, let’s get into what you can do to help your skin.
This can be the result due to not drinking enough water or a variety of external factors.  Indoor heating/cooling systems, exposure to the sun or cold temperatures. Consequently there are physical signs of dehydrated skin. This includes tightness, the appearance of smaller pores and a scaly, flaky or rough texture. Water is a key factor to figure out what may be causing your skin to become dehydrated.
  • The Lack of Oil is the Cause of Dry skin:

The lipid barrier decreases as we age, therefore dry skin is much more common in older people. Signs that your skin is dry are itchiness, redness and achiness (mostly experienced by individuals with darker complexions). There are exceptions to that rule. I am fair skinned and my skin has a tendency to be dehydrated, especially relevant in low humidity.

Furthermore, I believe that it’s important to figure out which lifestyle choices affect the skin. Look at external factors that may be causing your skin to become dehydrated. You could visit a dermatologist or aesthetician. A professional can recommend a skincare regimen for your needs. There is a big difference between the dermatologist skin care products and natural organic skin care products.
Use products that contain moisture-binding ingredients to improve the condition of dehydrated skin .Hyaluronic acid and collagen are two that come to mind.
