  • Citrus Fruits

Vitamin C is a common skin-brightening ingredient for your face. a Your favorite citrus fruits—lemon, lime, grapefruit, and orange—are loaded with it.   I suggest mixing grapefruit, lemon, and lime juice with carrot oil and applying the mixture to your face for 8-10 minutes. In the little time you have its only 10 minutes to rejuvenate your skin on your face.
It’s a great anti-aging and brightening mask for your face, and is good for sun damage and skin color. For more skin-brightening power to your face, add a teaspoon of pearl powder to the mix. An ingredient that’s common in Chinese medicine. Believe me your face will look a lot better. For the time you have spent on your skin, it’s worth it. Your face and your skin will look and feel great!
  • Honey

Honey is another great addition to your skin care for your face. Youthful looking skin will be the result.. If want your skin to look instantly rejuvenated, try using it as a mask. Spread a thin layer to your face and let it sit on your face for 8-10 minutes. When the time is up rince it off your skin.
Honey is a natural humectant, meaning it draws free water from the inner tissues to the surface layers of skin. Therefore that subtle fluid shift on the skin of your face creates a plumping effect. Hence the appearance of wrinkles tends to fade. Honey also soothes irritation, therefore packed with antioxidants to ward off free-radicals and to fight aging skin.
  • MilkImage result for images of milk cartons

If your skin is chapped, wind burned, sun burned, or just plain irritated I suggest taking a soothing milk bath. Simply add two to four cups of whole milk to the warm water and soak for 20 minutes. “Milk’s lactic acid in particular weakens the glue that lets dead, ready-to-be-shed cells stick to the skin’s surface. Therefore making your skin and face look dull and dry.
For glowing skin, you can also apply milk directly to your face. Warm it up slightly in the microwave. (Suggestion) Try to heat up the milk the natural way. Paint it on with a cotton ball or a clean makeup brush. After 10 minutes, rinse with warm water and follow with Hydramix MD moisturizer on your skin.
  • Olive Oil

The same olive oil you use for cooking is also a fantastic moisturizer for your face. Choose an organic olive oil it’s higher in antioxidants. Massage a few drops of the oil directly onto your face. I also suggest using the oil to remove makeup from your face. Put olive oil on a cotton pad to remove mascara. As a result, waterproof mascara will wipe away on the skin easily from the oil.
  • Tomatoes

  • Next time you have an overripe tomato sitting around, use it for what you would call a “Roma facial.”

First, apply a layer of yogurt to your face. (I recommend the Greek variety)  Take the juice of the tomato and add it to the yogurt by painting it on. The two ingredients blend together for the perfect combination furthermore, cleansing your skin from the enzymes in the yogurt. The tomato therefore nourishes your face due to the antioxidant properties of the fruit. Relax for 10 minutes before rinsing it off with cool water and let the tomatoes soothe the skin. In addition the fruit will reduce irritation, act as an astringent, and even fade sun spots. Futhermore nobody needs sun spots on their skin.
  • Wheat Germ Oil

Wheat germ oil is especially relevent for your face to treat blemishes and hyperpigmentation. You can also rub it on to your face after cleansing your skin.
Now your face will have even toned, clear skin. I also recommend massaging the oil on stretch marks that have already formed to help the skin fade them. In addition the oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E, which can help with skin tissue repair. Wheat germ Oil is a great benefit to your skin care.
